Class Attire

All dancers must arrive at class in proper attire. Students will not be allowed to participate without proper shoes and attire.

Pre-Ballet / Tap & Pre-Ballet Combo
Girls: Light pink ballet dress with attached skirt, pink tights & pink ballet slippers, and black Capezio MaryJane leather tap shoes (with velcro). Hair should be pulled back neatly in a ponytail or a bun. Short ballet skirts may be worn, however, no long skirts or tutus.
Boys: White t-shirt and black shorts or sweats and appropriate shoes. No baggy pants or big, loose shirts.

Tap & Pre-Ballet Combo
Light pink ballet dress with attached skirt, pink tights & pink ballet slippers, and black Capezio MaryJane leather tap shoes (with velcro).

Ballet
Girls: Conservatory of Dance designated leotard (see below for color), pink tights, and pink ballet shoes. Hair should be pulled back neatly into a bun. No leg warmers, baggy sweatpants or shirts, long skirts or tutus.

Leotard Colors According to Class Level
Please note: The Conservatory of Dance will be offering the required leotards for all class levels to be ordered and paid for at the time of registration.
Pre-Ballet and Kinderballet may wear ponytails and short ballet skirts, however, no long skirts or tutus.

Pre-Ballet: Light Pink
KinderBallet: White
Ballet I: Purple
Ballet II: Light Blue
Ballet III: Aqua
Ballet IV: Lavender
Ballet V: Black

Boys: White t-shirt and black shorts or sweats and appropriate shoes. No baggy pants or big, loose shirts.
Adults: Long or short sleeve leotard, pink tights, and pink ballet shoes. Short ballet skirts may be worn, however, no long skirts or tutus. Hair should be pulled back neatly. No baggy leg warmers, sweatpants or shirts.

Musical Theater
Girls & Boys: Theater Black with black jazz shoes.

Tap
Girls: Black jazz pants, any colored top, and black split sole tap shoes (Bloch style #SO388L)
Boys: Any comfortable street clothes or gym clothes, black tap shoes.

Broadway Jazz, Jazz
Girls: Any color leotard, black jazz pants, and split sole black jazz shoes (no jazz sneakers).
No baggy pants or big, loose shirts.
Boys: Any color t-shirt and black shorts or sweats and black split sole jazz sneakers (no jazz sneakers). No baggy pants or big, loose shirts.

Hip-Hop
Girls: Any color leotard or top, black jazz pants, and split sole black jazz shoes or jazz sneakers. Hair should be neatly pulled back into a ponytail.
Boys: Any color t-shirt and black shorts or sweats and black split sole jazz shoes or jazz sneakers.
